 | | The Ministry of Operations houses the precious ministries of proclamation. We believe that ministry comes in three flavors. Leading, Caring, and Proclaiming. Our Ministry of Leadership is herein referred to as Services, our Ministry of Caring is referred to as Admin Ministries, and we are the Ministry of Proclamation. This page will highlight the vital ministries that reach out to the collected church body with special opportunities to fulfill the ministry of the Word of Christ. It is our goal to involve every church member in at least one if not more of these vital ministries. We are responsible for the important ministry of Making, Marking, and Maturing Christians. The Office for Operations assists leaders to invigorate the ministry of Gods people in daily life and within the Church. The goal is to expand the capacity of the Church for effective and transformative mission in response to the Baptismal Covenant and the gospel of Jesus Christ. |

It is his responsibility to ensure communication and growth within this vital part of the body. Assuring that each area is given the vital support and encouragement so often needed in a growing church is one of the most important aspects of the AA. | | | |
| Ruth Gaines , Director of Outreach | | The Division for Outreach Ministries calls the church to look beyond itself, and outwards to meet the varying needs of people in all kinds of settings and life situations. The Division for Outreach Ministry exists to join with Christ in reaching out to the world with love and justice, as God leads. We seek to make disciples of all people and to respond to human needs. | | | |
| Wanda Alston, Director of Youth Ministries | | The Youth Ministry combines the efforts of church leaders and parents to provide for the changing and demanding needs of youth. This Staff is organized to meet the needs of all youth regardless of age. Each event presented by this staff is provided with special care to help our children grow in the admonition and understanding of Jesus Christ our Lord. We are a Church that train our children to know and understand the truth about events such as Christmas, Easter, Halloween, and most of all Salvation. Only the truth will make us free. | Natalie DeWeaver, Director of Educational Ministries | | The Education Ministry is responsible for the development and facilitation of seminars, training sessions, and other special event ministries. The staff is responsible for being able to provide direction into the broad field of institutional examination. Books, Articles, and Letters are maintained and examined by this staff to ensure acceptable material for healthy personal growth. Members are able to solicit the help of this staff in direction for general or specific biblical development. | | | |
